The Lake Burley Griffin Central Loop is one of three tracks that follow the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. The Central Loop is the shortest of the three tracks and visits some of the most iconic sights in Canberra, including some of the buildings within the Parliamentary Zone.

There are multiple entry and exit points on this loop. I began and ended my walk at Kings Park near the National Carillon which had plenty of parking as well as picnic facilities. The walk can also be cycled.
