I took and early morning walk to Little Mountain after camping overnight at Dry Tank in Gundabooka National Park. The walk takes you through mulga woodland to a lookout from the summit of Little Mountain, where there are scenic views of the Gunderbooka Range.

The walk is easy, being mostly level except for the last section of stairs. There are signs describing the vegetation along the way. Dry Tank campground is set amongst the mulgas and has toilets and picnic tables. Note that access is during dry weather only.
