Oatley Park was proclaimed back in 1888 as a place of public recreation, and continues to this day as a place dedicated to fun and the pursuit of outdoor activities. The park features a fantastic adventure playground that my son voted as the best that he has been to, a swimming beach (Oatley Baths), numerous bushwalking tracks and plenty of picnic facilities.

My son and I spent a few pleasant hours in the park, trying out all of the activities in the adventure playground, before taking a circuit of the park on the Headland Track and exploring the mangroves of the Lime Kiln Bay Circuit. We had a great day out and highly recommend a visit to Oatley Park.
