The 1.5km Flagstaff Hill Walking Trail provides a link between Four Mile Beach and Rex Smeal Park in Port Douglas. The sandy track heads uphill and then follows the coastline to Rex Smeal Park, providing spectacular views of the Coral Sea and Low Isles along the way.

I very much enjoyed the views of the Daintree Rainforest from Rex Smeal Park. The spectacular views, framed by the series of coconut palms was stunning. The views of Four Mile Beach from the lookout was equally impressive - a photographer's delight!
