After walking the waterfront of Cooktown, my friends and I took a drive to visit the nearby attractions. We enjoyed the views from the top of Grassy Hill, walked along the golden sands of Finch Bay, headed south to see the wetlands of Keatings Lagoon before finishing our tour at Quarantine Bay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cooktown. The only thing that would have made it better would have been more time to explore the many attractions this area has to offer.
