Cave Creek is located in the Bargo River State Conservation area near Hilltop in the Southern Highlands. The short walk heads downhill and then follows the creek before descending to view the creek flowing out from an underground section. The walk is not difficult and the cave is quite interesting to see. Picnic facilities are located at the start of the walk.
