This short but challenging trek begins near the former Honeysuckle Creek Tracking Station and climbs to the top of a granite ridge overlooking the northern end of Namadgi National Park. There are some spectacular views from ridge where Booroomba Rocks are located.

In addition to Booroomba Rocks, there are plenty of fascinating places to explore around the area, particularly if you have an interest in space exploration. These include the former Honeysuckle Creek and Orroral Valley Tracking Stations which supported the Apollo moon missions, as well as the current Tidbinbilla Tracking Station which continues to support NASAs deep space exploration program.
