This track combines three of Dinner Plain's lovely walking trails to provide a wonderful trek through alpine meadows and Snow Gum forest, with magnificent views of the surrounding high country and the 25 m high Carmichael Falls. The trails are well marked and easy to follow, being mostly level. There are spectacular meadows of wildflowers in late spring and summer and stunning views of Mount Hotham, Mount Feathertop, Bogong High Plains and the Cobungra River from the aptly named Room with a View.

Parking and facilities are available at the Dinner Plain Village. This is high country, so be prepared for abrupt weather changes.
