The Paney Shearing Shed is a heritage sheep shearing shed and yards located within Gawler Ranges National Park, near the intersection of the Old Paney Scenic Route and PAR 1. The restored shearing shed is a remnant of the former Paney Station and features numerous information signs and relics from the working life of the station, tracing the journey from sheep to fleece to market. My friends and I spent an interesting half hour here, reading the signs and exploring the shed and nearby yards.
