Continuing with our my museum visits, my son and I visited the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, most commonly known as the Powerhouse Museum. This fascinating museum houses a vast collection of exhibits (over 500,000) that cover a wide variety of subjects. The museum also features a variety of ever changing special exhibits - microcars at the time of our visit.

We had a great day out. My son especially liked the hands-on science experiments. My favourite exhibitions were space exploration, as well as those for transport, science and technology.
