The Gloucester Tops Circuit combines three walks in the alpine section of Barrington Tops National Park. Starting with the Gloucester Falls walking track and its dramatic views over the Gloucester Valley, the walk joins up with the River walking track to follow the Gloucester River from Gloucester Falls through open snow gum woodland to Gloucester Tops Road. Here the track winds its way over the alpine plateau to connect with the Antarctic Beech Forest walking track - a cool temperate rainforest gully, with the canopy of Antarctic beech towering above the tree ferns.

I very much enjoyed this 8 km walk, with its variety of ecosystems and spectacular views.
