Queen Mary Falls is a 40 m high waterfall, located in Main Range National Park about 120km south-west of Brisbane. The Queen Mary Falls circuit is a 2 km loop that visits the viewing platform at the top of the falls, as well as the base of the falls. Walking through the cool rainforest in the gorge below the falls was pleasant after the hotter and drier eucalypt forest at the top.

My dad enjoyed seeing the falls from the top, while I completed the full circuit. We also made use of the picnic facilities at the top of the falls where we had lunch.
