The Pinnacle Track is a short walk through the rainforest and out to a viewing platform on the edge of the former volcano, overlooking the Tweed Valley and Mount Warning (Wollumbin). The walk is very easy to do and provides some stunning views at the lookout. The abrupt change in vegetation from rainforest to the drier grass trees and gum trees at the crater's edge is also interesting to see.

My dad and I both enjoyed this short walk on our tour of the Border Ranges National Park.
