The walk to Drawing Rooms Rocks has been on my to do list for a number of years ever since I first visited over 15 years ago. Circumstances and track closure meant that it was only in 2024 that I could revisit and do this rewarding walk. While track has been recently upgraded, it is still steep in places, but the spectacular views from the rocks makes it worth the effort. The lookout gets its name from the rock formations which resemble a table and chairs.

Drawing Room Rocks lookout is located on the rim of the Barren Grounds Nature Reserve and provides stunning views over Broughton Vale and to the Illawarra Cost. A small carpark is located at the start of the walk. There are no nearby facilities.
