The Eastern Beaches Coastal Walk from Coogee to La Perouse was the last section of the eastern beaches walks that I completed. I had previously walked from South Head to Coogee, so it was nice to finally do this section. This time I had my son with me as we explored the coastal track near Coogee, the sandstone heathland of Malabar Headland National Park and historic La Perouse.

While a fairly long walk (as my son pointed out a number of times), there was a lot to see along the way. The nicest section for me was the walk through the national park, where many of the Banksias were in flower.
